- Kindergarten, primary or secondary school students aged 4 or above; Chinese version only
First Session (1 – 2 hours)
- Intelligence testing
Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence — 4th Ed. (WPPSI-IV-HK) (age 4-5)
Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children — 4th Ed. (WISC-IV-HK) (age 6-15)
Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale — 4th Ed.（WAIS-IV-HK）(age 16 or above)
Second Session (1.5 – 2 hours)
- Test of dyslexia (Chinese) (Kindergarten to Primary 6)
(Kindergarten) The Hong Kong Dyslexia Early Screening Scale (HKDESS)
(Primary School) The Hong Kong Test of Specific Learning Difficulties in Reading and Writing for Primary School Students – 3rd Ed. (HKT-P-III) (Form J / Form S)
(Secondary School) The Hong Kong Test of Specific Learning Difficulties in Reading and Writing for Junior Secondary School Students – 2nd Ed. (HKT-JS-II) - Test of dyslexia (English) (Primary 1 to Primary 3)
(Primary 1) The Hong Kong English Reading Ability Test for Primary-One Pupils - HKE
(Primary 2 to 3) The Hong Kong Test of English Reading and Writing for Junior Primary School Students (Primary 2 and 3) - HKT-PE(J)
Third Session (1 hour)
- Explain detailed assessment results
- Understand intellectual level, strengths & weaknesses
- Analyze various domain performance in reading and writing
- Offer suggestions for teaching and learning
- Provide suitable resources and referrals as needed
Age 6-15: $7,000, Age 4-5, 16 or above: $8,000 (include a copy of brief summary); additional $2,000 for detailed written report
